About the Instructor
Isabel Gram, Esq is a business attorney with over 20 years of experience representing buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions and business sale transactions ranging from under $250,000 to $60 million.
She is the founder of Constant Counsel and regularly advises business owners, brokers, and transactional attorneys on structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals.
Additionally, Isabel serves as Fractional General Counsel to a select group of growing companies, providing advice on corporate structure, business contracts, employment matters and intellectual property. Prior to starting Constant Counsel in 2018, Isabel was Chief Counsel at a private, fast-growing Arizona company for five years. She feels she delivers her best when she is highly embedded in a company supporting multiple points of contact, including finance, HR, operations and sales.
Isabel is a frequent speaker on M&A and business sale strategy, presenting to professional associations, business broker groups, and continuing legal education audiences throughout Arizona.
